Financial Aid Process

The Financial Aid process for the 2018-2019 academic year is underway. If you anticipate enrollment and need financial assistance to help with your college expenses you must do the following in order to receive financial aid.

Financial aid application requirements:

  • Create a Federal Student Aid (FSA) ID at to electronically complete and sign your 2018-2019 federal application (May also be created at
  • Complete a 2018-2019 Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) at & List Morris College School Code (003439)
  • Important Note: If possible, please use the IRS Data Retrieval Tool (DRT) in the FAFSA to transfer your 2016 income directly into the application.
  • Complete and submit the Morris College Application for Financial Aid (access online at

NOTE: Additional information may be requested if your 2018-2019 FAFSA is selected for verification. If requested, you must submit the following information.

  • Verification Worksheet
  • If the IRS DRT not used, you will need to request both student’s and parents’ 2016 tax return transcript from the IRS at or 800-908-9946 (if applicable)
  • Verification of all non-taxable income received by you and your family during 2016

We encourage you to complete and submit your information as soon as possible. Your 2018-0219 FAFSA must be completed by March 31. You may still apply after the deadline, however, the sooner you submit your information the sooner we can determine your eligibility for financial aid.
