Nearly 3,000 Celebrate Juneteenth at 2nd Annual Festival
On Thursday, the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff (UAPB) announced that 2,800 people visited the 2nd annual Juneteenth in the Bluff: Arts & Culture Festival in downtown Pine Bluff on Friday, June 20.
