Early Decision

A binding option for students who know Morris College is their first choice. If admitted, you commit to enroll. ED applications are due by November 1.

Early Action

Apply by December 1 to receive your admission decision early, giving you more time to plan your future.

Regular Decision

The most common application round, with a March 1 deadline. Decisions are typically released in early spring.

Our Admissions Process

APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS

Freshman

  • Completed Morris College application, Common App, or Common Black College Application (CBCA)
  • Official high school transcripts / academic records
  • Official SAT / ACT (optional)

Application Requirements [Transfer] 

  • Completed Morris College application
  • Official transcripts and academic records from all institutions the student has attended after high school.

Application Requirements [Readmission] 

  • Completed Morris College application
  • Official transcripts and academic records from all institutions the student has attended after high school after leaving Morris College.

SUBMITTING DOCUMENTS

To ensure timely review, please submit all documents through the Future Hornet Portal.

Official transcripts should be submitted electronically through Parchment.com, selecting Morris College as the receiving institution.

If you experience any challenges uploading documents through the portal, materials may be sent directly via email to [email protected]. Please do not mail duplicate paper copies if items have already been submitted electronically.

*Documents with an asterisk must come directly from the high school and will not be accepted from the applicant.

UNDERSTANDING OFFICIAL TRANSCRIPTS

Official transcripts are required for the admissions process. You must submit your current in-progress transcript, your final high school transcript, and any college transcripts if applicable. These must be sent directly from your school and properly certified to ensure accurate admission, placement, and financial aid review.
