The University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff (UAPB) has strengthened its position as a leader in digital learning by becoming one of the first institutions to test Coursera Inc.’s natively built, 1EdTech-certified LTI 1.3 integration—a secure, industry-approved technology standard that allows external learning platforms to connect directly inside a university’s learning management system, enabling single sign-on access and automatic grade sharing.

UAPB Staff Members and Alumna Named 2026 New Leaders Council Arkansas Fellows

Two staff members and an alumna of the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff (UAPB) have been named 2026 New Leaders Council (NLC) Arkansas Fellows. Angela Howard, an Extension Program Aide in Agriculture & Family and Consumer Sciences, Jermaine L. Ramos, a Student Involvement Analyst in the Office of Student Involvement and Leadership (OSIL), and 2022 UAPB Alumna Alexandria Slater are among the 20 Arkansas fellows who were selected.

UAPB TV Documentary Selected for Texas Film Festival Screening

The University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff (UAPB) is proud to announce that The Shine King, a 2025 UAPB TV documentary, has been officially selected for screening at the Denton Black Film Festival (DBFF). The film will screen on Friday, January 30, 2026, at 1:05 p.m. at the historic Campus Theatre in Denton, Texas.
