JUMP FOR JOY EVENT
November 10th • 9AM-12PM
Crosswell Drive Elementary School
301 Crosswell Drive, Sumter, SC 29150
The Jump For Joy program is an interactive health, wellness, and mentorship initiative that pairs elementary-age children with energetic college student mentors to master the art of jump roping.
Managed and administered entirely by Morris College Health Science, Recreation, & Sports Management students.
Through structured workshops, fitness challenges, and skill-building games, the program boosts cardiovascular health, improves coordination, and fosters social-emotional growth in young students.
Jump for Joy provides children with positive role models while giving Morris College student leaders hands-on experience in community health development and youth mentorship.
