Welcome to the Summer and Fall 2026 Morris College Housing Application Page! Here you will be able to complete the application process for campus housing. Once your application has been completed and processed, you will receive information about your housing assignment. Please be advised that housing is first come, first serve. Students applying for housing must also meet the campus housing criteria. To be eligible for campus living, all students must have: 1. Be admitted and enrolled in full-time courses2. Submit a complete 2026 Fall Housing Application3. Submit a completed 2026-2027 FAFSA4. Not have any conduct or housing violations5. Have a financial balance under $2,000 and all fines/fees paid6. Completed health insurance information and emergency contact on file. 7. Conduct Agreement: I agree to pay al fines when due, to abide by the rules and regulations set forth by the institution, student handbook, and Residence Life & Student Conduct policies. I understand that if found responsible of violation any institutional policy, I may be required to pay a fine or be remove from institution housing. I also understand that no housing or meal plan refunds will be given for suspensions or expulsions.rt*
Financial Statement: I understand that my signature obligates me financially responsible for the cost of the residential space and meal plans through the end of the academic year as described in the College Academic Calendar.*
I understand that Morris College maintains a zero-tolerance policy regarding the possession, use, distribution, or presence of drugs and alcohol on campus and within the residence halls. The use or possession of illegal substances, alcohol, tobacco products, drugs and/or drug paraphernalia is strictly prohibited. This includes, but not limited to vapes, e-cigarettes, edibles, and any other related items. If found in violation of this policy, I will be subject to immediate disciplinary actions, which may include removal from the institution and/or institutional housing through the Student Conduct process. I also understand that if suspended or removed from housing as a result of any policy violation, I am not eligible for any housing and/or meal plan refunds.*

The housing application requires a non-refundable $100 application fee, which must be paid in full before you application will be processed.

Payments can also be made by contacting the Morris College Business Office at 803-934-3241 between the hours of 10:00AM - 4:00PM. 

Applications will NOT be processed until the required fee has been received.
