The Ladies of Morris

The Ladies of Morris is a student organization purposed with encouraging and empowering young women to reach their full potential through workshops, seminars, forums, and others that will focus on academic excellence, personal and professional development, career-readiness and other life skills. This organization is committed to producing women who will learn, lead, and live their best life!

On September 8, 2023, the Ladies of Morris hosted their first annual “Eve on the Lawn.” This back to school kickoff event was designed to create a student life experience that provided a safe haven to come together and experience an evening with faculty and staff in a relaxing environment. Several students were asked to describe the event in one word to design a word art. The words were: amazing, engaging, energetic, beautiful, spectacular, different vibe, rewarding, fun, remarkable and awesome! It was certainly rewarding for me to see the excitement in not only Morris College students but staff as well!
