White’s internship projects include earned value management systems, project estimating, scheduling and cost.
“I came to SRNS because I am looking to work under a competent team and dive deeper into the corporate world,” said White. “I want to learn more about project controls and how it is different from my previous role in human resources.”
White is from Sumter, South Carolina, and attended Morris College, a historically black, coeducational, liberal arts college, operated by the Baptist Educational and Missionary Convention of South Carolina. In the summer of 2024, White graduated with a bachelor’s degree in business administration.
“I am ecstatic to be gaining more experience in the business field to expand my business insights,” said White. “I will use my skills from my previous internship experience with the South Carolina Department of Corrections to grow in this department."
White hopes to receive a full-time offer at the completion of the program and continue to contribute to SRS missions.
