As a Prevention Coordination Specialist, Dr. Frederica Norman plays a critical role in strengthening resilience and readiness across the Shaw community. Her work focuses on developing prevention programs tailored to the unique challenges military members and their families face, including suicide prevention, family and workplace violence, and substance misuse.
