Every November, the Division of Business Administration proudly sponsors Business Week, a dynamic event designed to showcase our students' talents, highlight business organizations, and foster connections within the business community.
Throughout the week, we host a variety of sessions aimed at promoting business owners and addressing their needs. Esteemed professionals from top organizations such as the Department of Transportation, Department of Defense, General Electric, Microsoft, and Google lead sessions to provide insights into their corporations and offer opportunities for internships and employment.
We also spotlight local businesses like UBI United Marketing and SAFE Federal Credit Union, and collaborate with the Chamber of Commerce, Small Business Association (SBA), and the Black Chamber of Commerce to inspire and create business opportunities for our students and community partners.
In addition, business professionals conduct various sessions throughout the week to enrich our students' educational experiences. We eagerly anticipate the return of our alumni, who share their success stories and demonstrate their expertise and professionalism to current students.
Our organizations and clubs play a significant role in Business Week activities. We are proud to have our honor society, Delta Mu Delta, Phi Beta Lambda/Future Business Leaders of America, and the Invest Club actively participating during Business Week and throughout the year. The week ends with the Business Assembly and a keynote speaker.
