Student Support Services
Student Support Services is a federally funded Title IV program which provides personal and academic counseling for eligible first-generation, low income students. Student Support Services has developed programs and services to enhance the freshman and sophomore year experience and to motivate students to successfully complete all course work. The program offers one-on-one academic counseling as well as supplemental instruction and peer tutoring in various subjects including English, mathematics and reading. Other services available through this office include cultural and recreational activities. Program activities are coordinated by the program director, counselor, supplemental instructors and peer tutors.
