To have all students fully engaged in the academic processes of the College.

To improve the level of faculty and staff salaries.

To maintain an appropriate student-to-faculty ratio.
To construct an administration building that meets the needs of a growing staff.
To construct a maintenance facility and warehouse of adequate size.
To expand the size of the dining hall to accommodate a larger residential enrollment.
