To have all students fully engaged in the academic processes of the College.
To achieve a higher rate of student retention.
To achieve a higher rate of graduation for students.
To increase the percentage of graduates who enroll in graduate and professional schools.
To increase the percentage of graduates placed in positions that relate closely to their major academic programs.
To improve the level of faculty and staff salaries.
To increase the percentage of faculty holding doctorate or related terminal degrees.
To maintain an appropriate student-to-faculty ratio.
To construct an administration building that meets the needs of a growing staff.
